Shiva, one of the participants asked how to come up with the best keywords?

The answer is:

To come up with the best keywords, it's important to use a combination of tools and methods that can help you understand what your audience is searching for and what will drive traffic to your content. Here’s how you can approach it:

  1. Google Ads Keyword Planner: Google Ads Keyword Planner is a great tool for discovering keywords that are relevant to your business. It helps you find high-volume search terms, along with competition level and average cost-per-click. This is useful for PPC campaigns and SEO research. It provides detailed insights into search volume and trends, helping you prioritize the most impactful keywords.
  2. AnswerThePublic: AnswerThePublic is a fantastic tool for uncovering long-tail keywords and content ideas based on common questions people are asking around your topic. You enter a keyword, and the tool generates questions, prepositions, and comparisons that people are searching for. It’s excellent for creating blog posts, FAQs, and content around user intent.
  3. Quora: Quora is a great resource for understanding the types of questions people are asking in your niche. By browsing relevant topics and checking popular threads, you can discover keywords related to the problems people are trying to solve. It’s also great for generating content ideas and understanding the language your audience uses.

Which tool to use for what:

  • Google Ads Keyword Planner: Best for discovering high-traffic keywords and refining your keyword strategy for paid campaigns or SEO.
  • AnswerThePublic: Ideal for exploring long-tail keyword ideas and generating content based on common questions.
  • Quora: Useful for understanding audience intent, finding keyword phrases used in natural language, and uncovering niche topics.

For Crafting Captions

  • Use the proven caption template below.
  • Emphasize key points with UPPERCASE.
  • Adapt link usage to the platform: include clickable links where possible, but use “DM for link” on Instagram.

How to Use Canva’s Bulk Create Feature for Automated Design

Canva's Bulk Create feature is a powerful tool that allows you to automate the design of multiple graphics by using data from spreadsheets or pre-filled text fields.

Here's a step-by-step guide to get you started:

Step 1 [OPTIONAL]: Prepare Your Content in a Spreadsheet

  1. Open a spreadsheet program (e.g., Google Sheets or Excel).
  2. Create columns for each piece of content you want to customize (e.g., “Title,” “Description,” “Image URL,” etc.).
  3. Fill in your data row by row for each design variation.

Step 2: Set Up Your Canva Design

  1. Open Canva and start a new project or choose a template.
  2. Add placeholders for text (e.g., titles, descriptions) and images.
  3. Format your design so that the placeholders are ready to be replaced with your bulk data.

Step 3: Use Bulk Create to Import Your Data

  1. In Canva, go to the Apps menu on the left sidebar and search for Bulk Create (or locate it under "More").
  2. Upload your spreadsheet file (CSV format is preferred).
Or use Canva's tool itself with no Excel Sheet needed.
  3. Map the spreadsheet columns to your design placeholders.

Step 4: Map Data to Placeholders

  1. Right-click on the text or image placeholder in your design and select Connect Data.
  2. Choose the corresponding column from your spreadsheet to populate that field.
  3. Repeat this process for all placeholders.

Step 5: Generate Your Designs

  1. Once all placeholders are mapped, Canva will generate multiple versions of your design based on the rows in your spreadsheet.
  2. Review the designs for accuracy.

Step 6: Export Your Designs

  1. Select the designs you want to keep.
  2. Export them in your preferred format (e.g., PNG, JPG, PDF).

Pro Tips for Success

  • Use Image Links: For images, make sure your spreadsheet includes direct URLs to image files.
  • Check Alignment: Ensure your design template is aligned properly to avoid awkward placements.
  • Batch Edit: Use Canva's batch editing tools to tweak multiple designs at once if needed.
