How to Create a Blog Post in WebSuite

Publishing a blog post in WebSuite is simple once you know where to start. Below is a step-by-step guide to help you log in, create, and publish your first post.

Step 1: Log in to Your Website

Open your browser and go to your admin login page using: 
yourwebsite.com/admin

On the login page, enter your website credentials. You can use either your assigned username and password or your FTP login details. Once logged in, you will be redirected to the website’s admin dashboard.

Step 2: Navigate to the Blog Section

From the dashboard, go to the Blog menu. As shown in the example image, click Blog and then select New Post. This will open a new page where you can start creating your blog post.

Step 3: Add a Banner Image

At the top of the new post page, you can upload a banner image for your blog.

To use a free image, click Free Stock Photos and browse the available options.

To upload your own image, click Upload a File and select a picture from your computer.

Step 4: Enter Your Blog Title and Subtitle

In the designated fields, enter the main title of your blog and an optional subtitle to give readers more context.

Step 5: Add Your Content

Now it’s time to build your blog content. Using the editor, you can add:

  • Paragraphs
  • Headings
  • Images
  • Other content blocks

This flexible editor allows you to structure your post in a clear and engaging way.

Step 6: Publish Your Blog Post

Once you are satisfied with your content, scroll down and click the Publish button. Your blog post will now be live on your website.
